Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident in every order. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.
30-Day Return Window
You may return any unused, unopened product within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund.
To qualify for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and unopened, with the safety seal intact
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
Because our products are ingestible dietary supplements, we're unable to accept returns on any item that has been opened, used, or has a broken or missing safety seal. This is for hygiene and safety reasons and helps us ensure the quality of every product we ship.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@nourivowellness.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- We'll confirm your eligibility and send you return instructions, including the address to ship your item back to.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it to the address provided.
Please do not send returns without contacting us first — items returned without prior authorization may experience delays in processing.
Return Shipping Costs
- If your return is due to a change of mind, the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
- If you received the wrong item, a defective product, or your order arrived damaged, we'll cover the cost of return shipping and send a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear on your statement.
- Shipping charges (where applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@nourivowellness.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — your choice — and you won't need to cover return shipping.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within the timeframe above:
- Check your bank account or card statement again.
- Contact your card issuer or bank, as processing times can vary.
- If you've done both and still haven't received your refund, contact us at support@nourivowellness.com .
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or refunded:
- Opened or used products
- Products without their original safety seal intact
- Items marked "final sale" at the time of purchase
