Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

Some products on this site are available as a one-time purchase or as a recurring subscription ("Purchase Options"). This policy explains how subscriptions work, how billing happens, and how to cancel or modify your subscription at any time.

How Subscriptions Work

When you select a subscription option at checkout, you authorize us to automatically charge your chosen payment method and ship your selected product(s) on a recurring basis, according to the frequency you select (e.g., every [30/60/90] days), until you cancel.

• Subscription orders are billed automatically on each renewal date.
• You will not receive a separate confirmation email before each charge unless required by law; your subscription will continue and bill automatically until you cancel.
• Subscribers receive [a discount of X% / free shipping] on each recurring order, as indicated on the product page at the time you subscribed.

Managing Your Subscription

You can view, modify, pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time by:

• Logging into your account at nourivowellness.com and visiting the "Manage Subscriptions" section, or
• Emailing us directly at support@nourivowellness.com with your order number and the change you'd like to make

Changes (including cancellations) must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date to take effect before that charge processes. Changes made after this window will apply starting with the following cycle.

Cancelling Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time, for any reason, with no cancellation fee. Once cancelled:

• You will not be charged for any future renewal.
• Cancellation does not affect orders that have already been processed or shipped — those are governed by our standard [Returns & Refund Policy].
• You're welcome to resubscribe at any time.

Failed Payments

If a scheduled payment fails (for example, due to an expired card), we will attempt to notify you by email and may retry the charge. If payment cannot be processed after a reasonable number of attempts, your subscription may be automatically paused or cancelled.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time. If a price change affects your subscription, we will notify you by email in advance of your next billing date. Continuing your subscription after that notice constitutes acceptance of the new price; if you don't agree to the change, you may cancel before the next charge using the methods above.

Returns on Subscription Orders

Subscription shipments are subject to the same terms as one-time orders under our [Returns & Refund Policy] — unused, unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Cancelling your subscription does not automatically initiate a return or refund for orders already received.
