We want your order to reach you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Here's what to expect.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. At this time, we are unable to ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations outside the US.
Free Shipping
All orders receive free standard shipping — no minimum order required.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1 business day of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Delivery Time
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 2–4 business days. Total time from order to delivery is typically 3–5 business days, depending on your location and the carrier's delivery schedule.
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
Order Tracking
You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 2 business days of placing your order, check your spam/promotions folder, then contact us at support@nourivowellness.com.
Shipping Delays

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or undelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at the time of purchase. If you notice an error shortly after ordering, email us immediately at support@nourivowellness.com and we'll do our best to update it before the order ships.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors or building management, then contact us at support@nourivowellness.com. We'll work with you to resolve the issue, which may include contacting the carrier or arranging a replacement at our discretion.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@nourivowellness.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll arrange a free replacement or refund — see our [Returns & Refund Policy] for details.
